"I was not only a stormtrooper on the original STAR WARS, but also a starship captain in THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK. I also helped build the Millenium Falcon for STAR WARS. It was fun but hard work.

The body armour on the original stormtroopers was very restrictive. If you watch the film carefully you will see at times the stormtroopers run funny and that when they stand at attention they often jerk for a moment. The armour would pinch us in the ass causing this. Some passed out during the fight sequences because of the helmets."
